Responsibilities
- Unload and sort incoming shipments, verifying documentation against purchase orders
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment using RF scanners
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Conduct inventory audits and maintain accurate warehouse records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA safety standards
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks and dock operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license and clean background check
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
