Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders according to daily schedules
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and documentation
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Inspect incoming shipments for quality and discrepancies
- Organize and maintain clean, organized storage areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory
