Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders for timely fulfillment according to priority lists
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Maintain organized storage areas with FIFO rotation systems
- Conduct quality checks on products before shipping
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly with proper technique
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- Ability to stand/walk 6-8 hours per shift
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
