Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect incoming shipments for quality and completeness, documenting discrepancies
- Maintain organized inventory storage and implement efficient stock rotation methods
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace
- Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory audits as required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory tracking systems
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-provided certification
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment
- Flexible schedule availability including evenings and weekends
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential
