Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and scan customer orders within strict timeframes
- Safely operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, conveyor systems)
- Maintain organized inventory through systematic stock rotation and audits
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily fulfillment targets
- Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Reliable transportation to Brooklyn facility
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
