Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stage incoming inventory with a high degree of accuracy.
- Prepare and package orders for shipment using various packing materials and equipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times, adhering to OSHA standards.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy and prevent shrinkage.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks with speed and care.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanners or RF guns.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if required.
