Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and scan customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Sort, organize, and stage inventory for optimal workflow
- Maintain clean and organized workstations following safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Use handheld scanners to track inventory movement
- Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Valid state ID or driver's license
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
