Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and digital inventory systems
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Maintain organized and efficient workflow in high-volume warehouse environment
- Perform quality checks on products before shipping
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Participate in inventory audits and cycle counts
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or order fulfillment experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Familiarity with RF scanners and inventory management software
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Basic math skills and proficiency with digital tools
