Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Load and unload trucks while adhering to safety protocols
- Maintain organized inventory counts and assist with cycle counting
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts - training provided)
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Uphold 5S standards for workplace cleanliness and organization
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with technology
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
- Reliable transportation to the 2150 American Street location
- Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Positive attitude and commitment to team collaboration
- Willingness to complete forklift certification if needed
