Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package incoming shipments according to company protocols
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification) safely and accurately
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and data entry in WMS systems
- Load/unload trucks while adhering to OSHA safety standards
- Support warehouse cleanliness and organization through daily 5S practices
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly with proper technique
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Valid driver's license and forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
