Responsibilities
- Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks and trailers using appropriate equipment.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and verify merchandise against orders.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe at all times.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment (certification required).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work part-time shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and paperwork.
- Reliability: Must have a consistent work history and be punctual.
- Communication: Basic English skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license is preferred.
