As a Weekend Forklift Operator, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations, ensuring that our products are moved safely and efficiently to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and move products within the warehouse.
- Perform daily safety inspections on equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organize storage areas to maximize efficiency.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and maintain workflow.
- Handle pallets and heavy loads with care to prevent damage and injury.
Qualifications
- Current forklift certification (CDL Class B is a plus).
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
