Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using handheld scanning technology
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and conveyor systems safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory through systematic stock rotation and cycle counting
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards to supervisors immediately
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 6-8 hours per shift with frequent bending and lifting
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid government-issued photo ID and proof of eligibility to work in the US
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly with occasional heavier lifts
- Reliable transportation to/from the 123 Industrial Park Blvd facility
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
