Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders while maintaining accuracy standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) following OSHA guidelines
- Manage inventory counts and update warehouse management systems in real-time
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and resolve bottlenecks
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Train new associates on equipment operation and procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency with inventory software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent required
