Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe by adhering to all safety protocols and housekeeping standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or errors and resolve discrepancies immediately.
- Documentation: Maintain proper paperwork and digital logs for all shipping and receiving activities.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- License: Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory for the initial hire.
