As a critical part of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring our inventory is accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, physically fit, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using handheld scanners.
- Verify product accuracy against packing slips to ensure 100% order integrity.
- Sort, organize, and store incoming inventory in designated warehouse zones.
- Operate standard warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist with loading trucks and ensuring proper weight distribution.
- Handle packaging materials and ensure all boxes are properly sealed and labeled.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with barcode scanners is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
