Responsibilities
- Select and Pack: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners and RF equipment.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are replenished promptly.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging meets safety standards.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (after certification), and conveyor systems.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred (but not required for entry-level candidates).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods in a warehouse setting.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and have a consistent work history.
- Availability: Must be flexible to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
