Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Load/unload trucks with proper equipment operation (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks using warehouse management systems
- Maintain organized storage areas and adhere to safety protocols
- Assist in receiving, inspecting, and documenting incoming shipments
- Collaborate with team to achieve daily productivity targets
- Report equipment issues and maintain 5S workplace standards
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse tech
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Reliable transportation to our Dallas facility
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Availability to work weekends during peak seasons
