Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Orders: Accurately select and package products from the warehouse shelves using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock rotation to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment as required by the shift.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets strict quality standards before shipping.
- Load and Unload: Assist with loading and unloading trucks, ensuring cargo is secured properly.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Shift Adaptability: Flexibly adapt to changing production schedules and overtime requirements to meet business goals.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and ability to follow complex instructions.
- Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable work history and be punctual.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or logistics environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- License: Valid Driver's License (Class D) is required.
