Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and ensure proper inventory placement.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (certification provided if needed).
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality goals.
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure data accuracy.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse location.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
