Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately for shipping to meet daily targets.
- Operate inventory management systems to update stock levels and track shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform daily cycle counts and assist with periodic inventory audits.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for scanning and inventory tracking.
- Valid driver's license or reliable transportation (depending on role).
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (loading docks, outdoor areas).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
