Responsibilities
- Picking and Packing: Accurately select and package orders using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels and conduct regular inventory counts.
- Material Handling: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems.
- Warehouse Organization: Keep workstations and aisles clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Shipping & Receiving: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for long periods.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation and be available for varying shifts (Day/Night/Weekends).
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Equipment: Basic familiarity with technology (tablets/RF guns) is a plus.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
