Responsibilities
- Efficiently load and unload trucks and trailers using proper equipment.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure stock levels are accurate.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse machinery (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) in accordance with safety protocols.
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control guidelines.
- Assist with shipping and receiving duties as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld RF scanners.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have reliable transportation to the Jacksonville facility.
