Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and proper packaging to prevent damage.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records in the warehouse management system.
- Operate scanning equipment to verify items and ensure order fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in shipping and receiving duties as volume dictates.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading skills for accurate order picking.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Willingness to undergo a drug screen (criminal background check waived).
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions (loading docks).
