Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor 10-15 warehouse staff, ensuring productivity targets are met
- Implement and optimize inventory control systems to maintain accuracy
- Coordinate receiving, storage, and shipping operations for 500+ daily orders
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards

Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training

- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license required
