Responsibilities
- Accurately sort, scan, and package inventory using barcode systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper training
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse spaces to ensure safety compliance
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments and inventory management
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Follow all safety protocols and report equipment maintenance needs
Qualifications
- No experience required – full training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy for inventory scanning systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid California driver's license preferred (equipment operation)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings/weekends
