Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Organize inventory in designated warehouse zones using barcode scanners
- Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and speed
- Maintain clean and safe work environment following OSHA standards
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation procedures
- Operate warehouse equipment including conveyor systems and sorting machinery
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we provide comprehensive training
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not mandatory
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Valid government-issued ID for background check compliance
- Reliable transportation to our Fort Worth facility
