Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick items from the warehouse floor and pack them for shipment to ensure 99.9% accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Order Fulfillment: Prepare orders for delivery by organizing pallets and ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards to comply with safety regulations.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately to the shift supervisor.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and paperwork.
- Communication: Basic ability to read, write, and understand English instructions.
- License: Valid driver's license (Class C) is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level positions.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; open to candidates with a strong work ethic.
