Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks and freight using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Inventory Management: Sort, scan, and organize stock to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Equipment Operation: Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety standards.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping with precision and speed.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Quality Control: Perform daily checks to ensure product quality and packaging integrity.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and punctuality are essential.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license preferred but not required for entry-level roles.
