Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare items for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling for delivery.
- Inventory Management: Assist with cycle counts, stock organization, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods to ensure they meet company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Team Operations: Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets efficiently.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and available for overtime shifts when required.
- Communication: Basic English skills required for safety briefings and team communication.
