Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move inventory.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels in the warehouse system.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all items meet quality standards before shipping.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- General Maintenance: Keep workstations and aisles clean, organized, and free of debris.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Prior warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training for qualified candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, nights, and holidays due to overtime demand.
