Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials and products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Sort, count, and organize stock items to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Pick, pack, and label orders for shipping with precision and speed.
- Inspect products for defects and report damaged goods to management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for scanning and counting.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
