The Role
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring our supply chain operates smoothly. You will be responsible for the accurate handling of inventory and maintaining a safe, organized workspace.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify inventory counts against packing slips and ensure 100% accuracy.
- Package and prepare products for shipment, adhering to strict safety standards.
- Operate scanning equipment and WMS systems to process orders accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
- Assist in inventory audits and stock rotation as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and strong math skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
