Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders from the warehouse floor with 99% accuracy to ensure timely delivery.
- Verify product codes, quantities, and conditions before shipping.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hire).
- Load and unload trucks safely, adhering to all weight restrictions and safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Assist in inventory counting and stock rotation as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to read labels and pick tickets.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
