Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Perform regular inventory counts and stock organization to ensure inventory levels are accurate.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanning devices for order processing.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory for immediate consideration.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to use handheld scanners and tablets.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety standards.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
