Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely
- Load/unload trucks and organize warehouse space for optimal efficiency
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Assist with cross-functional tasks as needed to support warehouse operations
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in task execution
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for equipment operation)
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
