Responsibilities
- Picking and Packing: Accurately select and prepare customer orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure stock accuracy within the warehouse.
- Material Handling: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and hand trucks to move products safely and efficiently.
- Shipment Preparation: Label, wrap, and secure packages for local and regional delivery.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage and report discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and processing orders.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Reliability: Punctual attendance and a strong work ethic are essential.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Experience: Prior warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
