Responsibilities
- Accurately process, pack, and ship customer orders using warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized stock in climate-controlled zones
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with strict safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Conduct quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy
- Maintain clean and organized workstations following OSHA guidelines
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and forklift certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
