Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with precision to meet daily targets
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) after certification
- Maintain organized and clean workspaces per OSHA standards
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid state ID and reliable transportation to Harrison Street facility
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
