Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload trucks and organize inventory using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Inspect goods for damage and maintain accurate shipping/receiving records
- Collaborate with team to optimize workflow and meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, hazard-free work areas
- Operate warehouse equipment (including RF scanners) with precision
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation to evening/weekend shifts
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
