Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring workflows are efficient and timely.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team to prevent stockouts.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and conduct regular safety audits to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Train, coach, and motivate new staff members on proper handling procedures and company policies.
- Prepare daily reports on warehouse performance, including productivity and error rates.
- Coordinate with shipping and receiving departments to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- No previous supervisory experience is necessary; we value attitude and work ethic over experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and stand for long periods.
- Valid driver’s license (Class C) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management software quickly.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to take on responsibility.
