Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Inspect and sort incoming/outgoing inventory for accuracy
- Maintain organized warehouse zones and safety standards
- Operate warehouse equipment per OSHA guidelines
- Assist with inventory counts and documentation
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipment goals
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Valid driver's license preferred (forklift certification a plus)
- Reliable transportation to Liberty Ave facility
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Ability to work in varying temperatures (refrigerated sections)
- Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Previous warehouse experience helpful but not required
