Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload freight from trucks using pallet jacks, forklifts, and manual techniques
- Verify inventory counts and document discrepancies using handheld scanners
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse spaces following OSHA safety protocols
- Operate material handling equipment with proper certification training
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipment deadlines
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing products for damage
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
- Flexible availability including weekend shifts
