Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Train and mentor warehouse staff on proper equipment usage and procedures
- Optimize workflow efficiency to meet productivity targets and deadlines
- Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems to management
- Prepare daily performance reports and productivity metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse supervision experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Valid forklift certification and ability to operate warehouse equipment
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree a plus
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends as needed
