Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks and trailers in a timely manner.
- Inventory Organization: Sort, tag, and organize incoming stock to ensure warehouse efficiency.
- Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (certification provided upon hire).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols.
- Documentation: Accurately complete necessary paperwork and log daily activities.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic math skills for inventory counts and scanning.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends or early mornings.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
