Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload merchandise onto and from trucks, pallets, and containers.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, quantity, and damage.
- Sort, stack, and organize products securely to ensure proper storage and prevent damage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by sweeping, organizing pallets, and removing debris.
- Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) strictly.
- Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock replenishment as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding inventory levels and workflow bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions when operating loading docks.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
