Responsibilities
- Safely move, store, and organize inventory using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and maintain accurate inventory records
- Collaborate with remote team to coordinate cross-functional logistics operations
- Conduct quality checks on materials and report discrepancies
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces in compliance with OSHA standards
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory tracking
- Train on new remote protocols and digital inventory tools
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification required
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with remote team communication tools
- Basic computer literacy and digital literacy for remote work
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Newark, NJ residency or willingness to relocate (for on-site days)
