Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise from delivery trucks, ensuring accuracy and safety protocols are followed.
- Utilize pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts to move stock efficiently within the warehouse.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, defects, or discrepancies.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated storage areas to maintain order.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts and record-keeping as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and checking.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
- Forklift certification (preferred but not required).
