Responsibilities
- Unload and sort incoming shipments using pallet jacks and hand trucks
- Accurately scan and label inventory per company protocols
- Load outbound trucks efficiently while maintaining order integrity
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse areas and safety standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (training provided)
- Collaborate with team to meet daily shipping targets
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid ID
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Stand/walk for 6+ hour shifts
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Reliable transportation to Newark facility
- Flexibility to work nights/weekends (schedule provided weekly)
