Responsibilities
- Accurately select and pack customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management software
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Inspect products for quality and report any discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA guidelines
- Assist in receiving and processing incoming shipments as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy with willingness to learn inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Previous warehouse experience highly valued but not required
- Availability to work 20-25 hours per week with flexible scheduling
